Bordeaux Developments partnered with the land owner on this one-of-a-kind architecturally-coordinated acreage micro-community in Springbank AB. “Ki” introduces a modern design-hybrid theme unlike anything else around the Calgary area.

“Zen Prairie-Craftsman” –a contemporary take on an historic fusion of design principles.“Ki,” is for those who want to balance innovative designer style with earth-friendly sustainability in an exclusive and ultra private acreage setting. So private in fact, Ki (pronounced “Key,” the Japanese word for lifeforce, energy, and balance) consists of only eight two-acre parcels of land gathered around a communal cul-de-sac, some of the last remaining acreages of this size in Springbank.

Bordeaux Developments has envisioned a component of
environmental-sensitivity and energy-efficiency integrated into the design concept.

Homes are crafted by Bordeaux’s builder affiliate Baywest Homes or clients can choose to bring their own builder / architect. Ki sold out December of 2011.
